Btw, my brother read The Thief Lord and loved it, although I'm sure you'll never see that now.

Never heard of any of these books before. And judging by the names, I'm kind of glad.

Haha, I would never read them either. The books I'm reading now are the series: The Wheel of Time. There's 14 books that are about 900 pages each and they're slightly similar to the style of LotR.
