Watchmen

I can't WAIT until Watchmen comes out! It seems REALLY exciting and action-y. Anyone got anything to comment on?

I've heard about the movie and something happened where it might be stopped because of some budget thing. Anyway, the trailer was awesome, though I don't get the story yet. Can you explain part of it?

I've also heard of it and it looks kind of cool in an action sense.

@Bananatree - I don't think it follows a story, I think it's just a comic that got made into a movie. One thing I do know is that some guy named Joe was electrified, turned into a sexy blue guy, along with 2 others, and they watch over the world and prevent disaster.

hehehe It looks like We are going to have a fight about which movie was better, cause if it is postponed it looks like it will come out about 2 days after Harry Potter.

Well that's totally obvious (no offence J lol) in box office terms at least...and in the sense that HP actually follows a plot, so in that case it will beat Watchmen in script terms (helps that it follows a book though). But WM will kill any other movie in action terms, like we have said many times.

But... But...

That mere second of a trailer doesn't mean it will beat the 6th HP movie ...but like I said (a million times), it'll be da bomb for action.

It looks awesome to me,but I don't think it will beat HP6 in the box office.HP just has more fans.

Yeah it's practically the biggest movie franchise currently; I don't think ANY movie (well for now) is gonna break it's hold.

Except maybe New Moon, The Second Movie in the Twilight Series...

No New Moon won't break HP's hold...trust me. I really think that there's more people that are fans of HP than Twilight. And I know J, Watchmen is a highly anticipated film of 2009, BUT, it just can't beat HP.
